How do I download video files from my phone?

There are two ways to download video files of purchased works.

How to download using a QR code displayed on a device other than a smartphone

  1. From a device other than your phone, navigate to your Purchase History or to the details page of the video you purchased.
  2. Click on「Download file and watch」from the right side of the work page.
  3. Start 4DMEDIAPLAYER for smartphones and scan the QR code to begin downloading the video.

How to download using only your mobile phone

  1. From your phone, go to your Purchase History or to the details page of the video you purchased.
  2. From the right side of the work page, click on「Download file and then watch」.
  3. Select the download link displayed and 4DMEDIAPLAYER for smartphones will automatically launch and start downloading the video
